Note:
1. If your company is an EU legal entity, has a valid VAT number, and the delivery address is outside Romania, then the order will be subject to the reverse charge provisions according to art. 197 of Directive 2006/112 EC and the 19% VAT tax will not be applied to the prices above. In this case, please send us your order by email at sales@excelexpo.ro, and we will send you a proforma invoice adjusted accordingly.
2. The customers outside Romania will make the payment in Euro.
3. The Romanian customers will make the payment in Ron. The prices in Euro will be converted into Ron at the NBR (BNR) exchange rate.
4. For certain customized or imported on-order basis products, we may request a 40% advance payment at the time of the order, before launching the order into production.
5. If you choose a product or an option that includes graphics/print, please send the graphic layout to sales@excelexpo.ro, mentioning the company's name and product. You can find details about graphic layout sending in Graphic layout section or you can contact us using the details in the Contact section.
